- At the beginning of the session, in an intimate group, the participants express their feelings in the body, their challenge of the moment. So, the inspiration of the sequence of asanas, which are yoga postures, as well as the words to introduce them and encourage them to go further are guided.
What is Iyengar Yoga?
- Iyengar yoga is a postural practice, towards the search for the harmony of his whole being, through the alignment of his chakras. It adapts to each morphology, uses accessories (wall, chair, brick, belt, etc.) and allows a therapeutic approach to relieve certain ailments (back, cervical, stress), strengthen his immunity, promote his creativity, his letting go. Your body then becomes your ally to realize yourself and to live in the flow.

Meditation or mindfulness workshop, yoga, coaching, art therapy, living food, etc. with partners who respond to issues and needs
Examples of workshops:
• morning yoga, walking introspection or in the permaculture garden in the afternoon.
• Iyengar yoga, soul yoga with Cathy Briones, and intuitive watercolour with Catherine d'Ortoli.
These are very enriching experiences for both the organizers and the participants. The body and mind are then solicited on the same day to perform overtakings, sustained by nature.

Breathing and Integration Facilitator
Observation of participants who are often mentally tired after a trade fair or conference day. The objective is then to release their mental fatigue using the physical and energetic body, to allow them to align, refocus, integrate, and breathe.
Suggestions can be given between each intervention, in complicity with the event manager or master of ceremonies. They can take 30 seconds, 1 or 2 minutes, or 15 minutes at the beginning of the day, everything is adjustable according to the need. These refocuses and connections to the inner momentum are possible at seminars, national conventions, large gatherings, inside rooms of 20 to more than 5000 people or outside.
